How can I exchange or return an item?In accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Act, we guarantee an exchange or return of goods upon the customer's request within fourteen days after receiving the order.
To initiate a return or exchange, you need to contact our manager via WhatsApp or Telegram (providing your full name) and describe the issue.Steps:
You send the item back to us, covering the shipping cost to the 'CDEK' pickup point. (If the size or color does not fit, the return shipping is at the buyer's expense. In case of a defect, our store covers the shipping cost.)
We receive and inspect the item. Within 2 business days, we either refund your payment or send a replacement item. (Refunds are issued to the same card used for payment. The refund processing time depends on your bank.)Return requirements:
• The item must retain its original appearance and consumer properties.
• A proof of purchase must be provided.
• Factory labels must be intact.
• The item must not have been used.
