In accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Act, we guarantee an exchange or return of goods upon the customer's request within fourteen days after receiving the order.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our manager via WhatsApp to report the issue.
How to proceed with an exchange/return:
You send the item back to us, covering the shipping cost to the CDEK pickup point. If the item is defective, we will cover the shipping cost. However, if the color or size does not fit, the shipping cost is covered by the buyer.
We receive and inspect the item. Within 2 business days, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement item.
Refunds are issued to the same card used for payment. The refund processing time depends on your bank.
Important: Returns are only accepted for items in proper condition. Worn or stained items are not eligible for exchange or return!
Return requirements:
• The item must retain its original appearance and consumer properties;
• A proof of purchase must be provided;
• Factory labels must be intact;
• The item must not have been used.
