How to place an order?
Orders can only be placed on our website. To do this: • Select a model; • Choose the size (if applicable); • Add the item to your cart. Then, during checkout, you need to enter all the required information and complete the payment.
What types of delivery are available?
Most items in our online store are shipped via the CDEK transportation company. During checkout, you can choose to have your order delivered to a pickup point or by courier. Payment is made at the time of purchase.
How is payment processed?
You can pay for selected items only on our website during checkout. We use the YooMoney payment system. Once the payment is received, a receipt and other useful information will be sent to your specified email address.
What should I do if the item is defective?
If you find a defect in the product, please contact our manager via WhatsApp or Telegram (providing your full name). After confirming the return, the manager will issue a shipping invoice. In this case, the return shipping cost will be covered by us. You simply need to send the defective item back. Once we receive the package, we will immediately refund your money.
What should I do if my package has not arrived?
Unfortunately, sometimes issues arise where a paid order gets lost due to staff errors. If you haven't received your package, contact our manager via WhatsApp or Telegram (providing your full name) and describe the issue. According to the Consumer Rights Protection Act, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement of the same item if it is available in stock.
How can I exchange or return an item?
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Act, we guarantee an exchange or return of goods upon the customer's request within fourteen days after receiving the order. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our manager via WhatsApp to report the issue. How to proceed with an exchange/return: You send the item back to us, covering the shipping cost to the CDEK pickup point. If the item is defective, we will cover the shipping cost. However, if the color or size does not fit, the shipping cost is covered by the buyer. We receive and inspect the item. Within 2 business days, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement item. Refunds are issued to the same card used for payment. The refund processing time depends on your bank. Important: Returns are only accepted for items in proper condition. Worn or stained items are not eligible for exchange or return! Return requirements: • The item must retain its original appearance and consumer properties; • A proof of purchase must be provided; • Factory labels must be intact; • The item must not have been used.
